Many makes of net available today are no more than 3000m - some are not even that length, offering only an approximate length of 3000m with a tolerance of + or - 5%..... meaning not even 3000m in the roll.

Covernet 3600m has a guaranteed minimum length of 3600m per roll, meaning enough net for up to 60 extra bales more per roll. significantly reducing baler 'down-time' and increasing output - giving a significantly lower cost per bale than a 'standard' 3000m white net roll.

Distinctive roll loading direction marking Covernet 3600m is
manufactured with a distinctive roll identification marking, which makes
it easy to identify left and right on the roll and to assist the operator
     when loading into the baler.

Roll-end warning stripe
To help avoid running out of net when not prepared for a roll change,
Covernet 3600m features a highly visible red stripe
roll-end warning manufactured into the roll.

The roll-end marking shows in the centre of the bale as a
distinctive warning to the operator that the roll is
approachingits end and helping to prepare for a roll change.

Remember why you are buying your net …
The net is a vital part of the process of making high-quality cattle feed or top
     quality cattle bedding.

To ensure best quality silage, it is essential that no air is
trapped in the bale when wrapping, which means you need a net
that can cover the entire width of the bale – and not
leaving big bale ‘shoulders’ that are a guaranteed
     air trap.

Similarly, if netwrap cannot adequately cover the entire surface of a
straw or hay bale, part of your valuable crop is left exposed to
the weather. This is also a particular disadvantage when moving bales,
as poor bale coverage by the net leads to crop losses during
     transportation.

Covernet 3600m is manufactured to give you peace of mind
for both of these concerns.

Carry Handles New addition of carry handles on each roll. This aids the handling and carrying of the roll in the store and on the farm.It is always recommend that a minimum of two people handle rolls when carrying or loading net into the baler.

Pallet Cradles
All rolls on the pallet are securely held in purpose-designed cradles. These reduce risk of rolls moving about during transportation and also makes breaking pallets down easier and safer.
