HIS IS HOW TO GET THE BEST PROTECTION
FOR YOUR FORAGE
Storing and using RaniWrap in the following way
will ensure the quality of your animal feed.

Storing rolls:
• The rolls must be stored in an upright position,   preferably in their original packaging,
  protected from sunlight and moisture.
• When wrapping has been completed, the
  remaining rolls on the bale wrapper should
  be covered, to protect against
dirt and moisture.

Storing bales:
• The bales should be stacked on their
  ends, preferably not more than
  two high. Storage place should be dry
  (well drained) and level.

By using RaniWrap Stretchwrap for haylage
and silage, you are investing in the quality
of fodder and the welfare of your animals!

Wrapping instructions:

• The swath must be as level as
  possible, to create a
  solid bale.

• The bales must be even and
  tightly packed. A more
  even bale shape ensures
  a better wrapping result.

• The pre-stretch unit must be
  level with the centre
  line of the bale.

• The outer surface of the wrap
  roll must be placed
  againstthe bale while it
  is being wrapped.

• It is important to remember to
  overlap the wrap by50%

• The wrap is streched by 70%.
  Measurement of the
  pre-tensioning can be
  monitored by marking
  lines on the wrap at
  10 cm intervals. After
  correct stretching, the
  lines will be
  approximately 17 cm apart.

• Six layers of wrap offers
  more secure storage of
  fodder under
  all circumstances.
