CLAAS Rollatex PRO 3600m Netwrap

Claas Covered Rollatex PRO now makes even more perfect bales, with a guaranteed roll
    length of 3,600m per roll.

A full 20% more net than 'standard' conventional 3000m net. Longer roll
length means less wasted down-time and many more bales per roll, significantly
    lowering net cost per bale.

  Features included:

• Edge to Edge™
The patented Edge to Edge production method has significantly improved the performance of round bale netwrap, enabling the net to achieve full bale coverage and so produce the perfect bale, every time.

• Carry Handles
New for Claas net is the addition of carry handles on each roll. This aids the handling and carrying of the roll in the store and on the farm. Claas always recommend that a minimum of two people handle rolls when carrying or loading net into the baler..

• Red End Warning System
Every roll of Claas Netwrap has a red warning stripe, which warns the end of the roll is approaching. The warning stripe shows as the last 70 meters of the net is reached, allowing the operator to prepare for a roll change and avoid baling without net in the baler. Claas Rollatex PRO is designed for the professional user and offers more features to make
baling easier.

• Zebra® System
Claas Netwrap features the unique
Zebra® System—a asymmetrical striping pattern across the width of the net which gives the operator a very clear ‘left/right’ indicator when loading the net into the baler, and also shows clearly which way to unroll the bale when feeding out.

• Pallet Cradles
All rolls on the pallet are securely held in purpose-designed cradles. These reduce risk of rolls moving about during transportation and also makes breaking pallets down easier and safer.

A major pre-condition of successful silage or straw baling, is for the net to cover the bale from one edge of the bale to the other edge, giving a perfect 'shoulder' free shape to the bale. Claas Covered Rollatex PRO is an 'Edge to Edge™ product manufactured with patented technology, which allows full bale coverage, eliminating the risk of crop losses or spoilage in wrapped silage bales.
